If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.

Unless otherwise indicated, the website is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, photographs, and graphics on the site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. The Content and the Marks, including the LamplightOps name and logo, are provided on the site "AS IS" for your information and personal use only.

3. User Representations

By using the site, you represent and warrant that:

  • (a) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service;
  • (b) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside;
  • (c) you will not use the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You may not access or use the site for any purpose other than that for which we make the site available. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

The site may contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites"), such as our integrated Google Forms for contact and service inquiries. Such Third-Party Websites are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy by us, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the site.

These Terms of Service shall remain in full force and effect while you use the site. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE SITE TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us shall be commenced or prosecuted in the state and federal courts located in King County, Washington, and the parties hereby consent to, and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens with respect to venue and jurisdiction in such courts.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

11. Automation Strategy Audit Services

Our Automation Strategy Audit service is a fixed-scope diagnostic engagement designed to analyze business workflows and identify automation opportunities. This service is delivered through our B2B partner network. By purchasing this service, you agree to the following terms:

11.1 Service Deliverables

The audit includes: (a) a comprehensive analysis of current workflows and manual processes; (b) identification of automation opportunities with ROI projections; (c) tool recommendations tailored to specific needs; (d) a prioritized implementation roadmap; and (e) technical feasibility assessment for proposed solutions. All deliverables are provided in written form and become the client's property upon payment.

11.2 Timeline and Delivery

The standard audit timeline is 7-10 business days from the completion of the initial discovery call. This timeline assumes timely cooperation from the client, including providing requested documentation, access to systems for workflow observation, and availability for stakeholder interviews as needed.

11.3 Client Cooperation

Clients agree to: (a) provide accurate information about their business processes and current technology stack; (b) grant necessary access to systems and documentation required for workflow analysis; (c) make key stakeholders available for interviews or observation sessions; and (d) respond to clarification requests within 2 business days. Delays in providing requested information may extend the delivery timeline.

11.4 Audit-Only Service Model

We provide diagnostic audits exclusively and do not offer implementation services. We never compete for implementation work. After receiving the audit, clients may choose to implement recommendations themselves, hire their own service providers, or work with specialists recommended by their referring partner. The audit is a complete standalone deliverable with no obligation for further engagement.

11.5 Partner Referral Program

Our services are delivered through a B2B partner network of trusted advisors (Fractional CFOs, IT Consultants, Business Coaches, etc.). Partners who refer clients earn a 10% commission ($250 per $2,500 audit). Commission payments are made within 30 days of client payment receipt. Partners maintain their client relationships and handle all implementation work or referrals independently.

12. ROI Guarantee and Refund Policy

12.1 Guarantee Terms

We guarantee that our Automation Strategy Audit will identify at least $5,000 in annual savings opportunities for your business. If we fail to meet this threshold, you are entitled to a full refund of the $2,500 audit fee.

12.2 Savings Calculation Methodology

"Annual savings opportunities" are calculated using industry-standard methodologies and documented in your audit deliverable. Savings may include: (a) time savings from process automation, valued at industry-standard hourly rates for relevant roles; (b) reduction in software licensing costs through tool consolidation or optimization; (c) error reduction and associated cost avoidance; and (d) revenue acceleration through faster processing times. All calculations and assumptions will be clearly documented in your audit report.

12.3 Refund Request Process

To request a refund under this guarantee: (a) you must submit a written request to legal@lamplightops.com within 30 days of receiving your final audit report; (b) you must provide specific explanation of why you believe the identified savings opportunities do not meet the $5,000 threshold; and (c) we will review your request and the audit calculations within 10 business days. If we agree that the threshold was not met, we will issue a full refund within 15 business days. You retain ownership of the audit deliverable regardless of refund status.

12.4 Guarantee Limitations

This guarantee applies only to the identification of savings opportunities, not to actual realized savings from implementation. Actual savings depend on factors outside our control, including implementation quality, change management, and business conditions. The guarantee is void if you: (a) fail to provide accurate information during the audit process; (b) withhold access to relevant systems or stakeholders; or (c) request refund outside the 30-day window.

13. Service Limitations and Response Times

We operate as a focused diagnostic consulting practice with the following service parameters: (a) we respond to all partner and client inquiries within 2 business days; (b) we do not provide 24/7 support or mission-critical service level agreements; (c) our service is limited to diagnostic audits only—we do not provide implementation, ongoing support, or retainer arrangements. These limitations are reflected in our competitive pricing and allow us to maintain quality standards.
